Food Plus Hot and Cold Beverages Available (Reasonable Prices)

    Coffee, decaf, and hot tea will be available for $1.00 per cup.
    Cold soda will be available for $1.00 per can.

    Our caterer will offer a selection of box lunches before each morning game. The ordered lunches will be prepared and delivered to the playing site at the conclusion of the morning session. Cash only - no large bills please.

  • 1) Turkey & Provolone Croissant Sandwich and homemade potato salad cup. Roasted turkey, sliced provolone cheese, lettuce & tomatoes, and roasted garlic aioli cup.
  • 2) Ham & Cheddar Sandwich on Wheat Bread, with homemade macaroni salad cup. Smoked ham, sliced cheddar cheese, lettuce & tomatoes, and mustard aioli cup.
  • 3) Chicken Caesar Wrap and fresh grapes cup. Grilled chicken, shredded parmesan cheese, fresh chopped romaine & tomatoes, and caesar dressing cup.
  • 4) Chef Salad - Diced turkey, diced ham, diced bacon, diced jack cheese, diced cheddar cheese, hard-boiled egg, mixed greens, shredded carrots & tomatoes, croutons, and ranch dressing cup.
  • 5) Southwestern Chicken Salad - Grilled chipotle chicken, shredded cheese, black beans, sweet yellow corn, mixed greens, diced green onions & tomatoes, tortilla strips cup, and salsa ranch cup.
  • 6) Vegetarian – Spring Salad Mixed greens, fresh grapes, walnuts, raisins, dried cranberries, feta cheese, croutons, and balsamic vinaigrette cup.

    Easy DRIVING DIRECTIONS to Donald W. Reynolds Boy Scout Center
    7220 S. Paradise Rd., Las Vegas

    From North, West (Summerlin), or Central Las Vegas

    • From North or Central Las Vegas, take the I-15 South (or any NS street) to the 215 East.
    • From Summerlin (or after taking I-15 South), go East on 215 to Warm Springs Road (exit 9).
    • Turn LEFT at the end of the exit ramp.
    • Go to the first traffic light (Paradise Road) and turn LEFT.
    • Turn RIGHT immediately after passing under the bridge into the Boy Scout's parking lot.

    From Henderson and other places to the East

    • Go West on 215 to Warm Springs Road (exit 9).
    • Turn LEFT at the end of the exit ramp.
    • Go under the bridge to the first traffic light (Paradise Road) and turn RIGHT.
    • Turn RIGHT immediately after passing under the bridge into the Boy Scout's parking lot.


      1-2 volunteers needed to coordinate food and beverage details and to supply ice for cold drinks.

    A. Silverton Hotel

    To reserve, call 1-866-946-4373 to find out availability and room rates. The discounted bridge rate was only available if reservations were completed by Sept. 21st. The Silverton is located at 3333 Blue Diamond Road, Las Vegas 89139; it is less than 6 miles from the Boy Scouts playing facility, just east of Blue Diamond exit #33 on the I-15.

    B. Tahiti Village

    No special bridge rate but 1-bedroom condo suites with kitchenette are available Oct. 21-24. Located at 7200 Las Vegas Blvd. South, Tahiti Village is a 4-star condo rental about 2 miles from the Boy Scouts playing site, just off the 215 exit for McCarran airport on Las vegas Blvd. Call them at 702-440-6800 or visit online at the Tahiti Village website. Prices change frequently so please call to verify price and availability.

    C. Doubletree Hilton

    No special bridge rates, but rooms were available Oct. 21-24 by phone at 702-948-4000. Located at 7250 Pollock Dr., the Doubletree Hilton is the closest hotel (about mile from the Boy Scouts playing site). The discounted rate for AAA/AARP members was approximately $151 + 12% tax.
